This whole year I’ve felt displaced, as if I need to do more to orient myself in both time and the world, but don’t know where to start. I expect most people are feeling the same way, after so much disruption everywhere. But, for now, it’s enough to start where we are.

  1. I feel lost too, so much going on and the time goes by faster and faster each day. I think we allow ourselves to be loaded with information, news all the time, and we are always trying to catch up. The best is to remember what matters is the here and now, to be present.

    • Yes, there is always something that wants attention, whether it’s important or not. We need to keep the focus on where we are in the moment and filter out the distractions that don’t matter.
